1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AlfaZulu, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AlfaZulu offers aviation games and learning activities: Airportle airport-code challenges, Spotting airline identification, and Speak Pilot exercises for the ICAO phonetic alphabet. Features include guest play where available, accounts, progress, leaderboards, and social challenges.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Use appropriate and respectful display names

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to manipulate scores or rankings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AlfaZulu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the service.

7. Privacy and Measurement

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use account information, saved gameplay, service records, and optional analytics. We use account and saved-game records to operate AlfaZulu and produce internal statistics about account creation, recorded play, and returning players. Turning off optional usage analytics does not turn off the records needed for your account, progress, or game features.

Optional analytics and advertising choices are managed separately from these Terms. Updated mobile versions also provide a separate control for basic aggregate play statistics, with notice and region-appropriate choices described in the Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms does not itself grant consent for optional analytics or advertising. You can change your available privacy choices in Settings & privacy or the website cookie controls.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AlfaZulu be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
